JobAthlete is built and optimized specifically for LinkedIn (linkedin.com) and Indeed (indeed.com). The Chrome extension content scripts only activate on listings on these two platforms to ensure high accuracy.

You retain full editorial control over your application materials. You can review and edit the email subject line, personalized body text, and select from three ATS-friendly CV templates. The recruiter destination email address is fixed and locked to ensure messages are never misdirected.

The Starter (Free) plan includes 2 applications per 12 hours and 1 ATS CV build trial. The Basic plan ($9/mo) provides 15 applications per day and 5 CV builds. The Pro Athlete plan ($19/mo) offers unlimited daily applications, unlimited CV builds, and priority support.

We process the text of your uploaded resume and the selected job description over encrypted HTTPS connections to analyze keyword alignment. Your resume data and personal information are never sold or used to train public models.

JobAthlete helps you schedule a polite check-in email 5 days after your initial outreach. The reminder is pre-drafted to send at 9:00 AM in your local timezone and opens in your Gmail client for your review.

You can request complete deletion of your account, history, and uploaded resume text at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. We process deletion requests within 14 business days.
